The Car Starts, Then Shuts Off a Second Later: What That Symptom Means

The engine turns over, catches, runs for a second or two — and dies. Turn the key again and exactly the same thing happens. Nothing sounds broken, nothing smells wrong, and the battery is clearly fine because the starter is spinning the engine happily.

That very specific behaviour is not random. Why the engine fires at all

The two lines that matter most are the security light and the repeatability. Four checks before you call anyone
